This document establishes the agreement between the User and RadioRandom.Net for the use of the services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”).
1. Mission, Philosophy, and Community
Global Mission: RadioRandom.Net is a project driven by the mission to create a global community of aggregation. The primary purpose is to unite people through music and the discovery of different cultures, fostering interaction and mutual understanding.
Cultural Element: To reinforce this mission, contents such as cartoons are featured, introducing the ‘maruka’ people.
Social Platform: The community gathers and interacts on social channels, united in the ‘Maruka Globo Arena’.
2. Acceptance, Accessibility, and Costs
Free Access: The use of the Services is totally free of charge for all Users.
No Payment: There is no paid App or paid version (the “Premium version” does not exist).
Acceptance of Terms: The use of the Services implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Minimum Age and Capacity: The User must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract/agreement. If the User is a minor, the use of the Service is allowed only with the consent and under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Nature of the Service and Absence of Advertising
Subject of the Service: RadioRandom.Net provides a search engine and directory of Internet radio stations, offering the URL addresses (links) to audio streams made public by broadcasters.
Absence of Invasive Advertising: The Service does not contain invasive advertising (visual or audio) added by RadioRandom.Net.
How it Works: Playback connects directly to the broadcaster’s streaming server.
4. Our Role and Limitations
We Are Not Broadcasters: RadioRandom.Net is not a radio broadcaster. We do not participate in the transmission, do not retransmit, and do not interfere with the audio content.
Public Links: We share only links to public and unsecured audio streams, without violating security measures.
External Content: Any audio advertising transmitted directly by the radio broadcasters is beyond our control and responsibility.
Exclusion of Guarantee: We do not guarantee the presence of all stations or the possibility of listening to all programs.
5. Content and Interaction with Broadcasters
Source and Data Blocking: URLs are obtained from public websites. Broadcasters can block access for RadioRandom.Net mechanisms via configuration on their own website.
User Submission and Liability: Users can add URLs. Anyone who adds a link guarantees that it was obtained legally and that the broadcaster consents to its use. RadioRandom.Net does not verify authorization.
Content Removal: Broadcasters can request the removal of their URL from the directory by sending an explicit request to maruka@radiorandom.net.
6. Prohibited Use and Liability
Conduct: It is forbidden to use the Services in a way that disrupts other Users, violates or compromises the integrity of RadioRandom.Net’s IT systems (e.g., hacking), or violates applicable law (e.g., sharing illegal content or copyrighted works without a license).
External Links: The Services may contain links to external sites not controlled by RadioRandom.Net. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or reliability of these third-party sites.
Limitation of Liability: RadioRandom.Net is not liable for indirect losses (e.g., loss of profit or data) or damages resulting from the User’s reliance on information or the cessation of the service.
7. Agreement Management and Complaints
Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify the Terms, notifying significant changes. Continued use implies acceptance.
Terms and Conditions of Registration and Service Usage
Data Protection and Privacy: The data provided during registration (such as name, pseudonym, and email address) will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. RadioRandom.Net undertakes never to disclose, sell, or transfer this information to third parties for external commercial or marketing purposes.
Communications and Newsletter:By completing the registration, the user consents to the possibility of receiving a periodic newsletter containing technical updates or network news, approximately once a month. This mailing is intended on a theoretical basis and will only be sent if strictly necessary for network operations.
Account Removal Procedure:To request the permanent deletion of your profile and the removal of associated data, the user must submit a formal request exclusively from the email address associated with the account to the specific email address that confirmed your initial registration. Therefore, it is highly recommended not to delete (but rather archive) the welcome email received upon signing up, and to write directly from that thread for identity verification purposes.
Account Requirements and Responsibility:Access to transmission nodes is strictly personal. The user is solely responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and for any activity or message transmitted through their account.
Disclaimer of Liability:The platform provides the digital communication space but disclaims all liability for the content, messages, opinions, or behaviors expressed by users within the system.
Suspension, Revocation, and Legal Action:The administration reserves the absolute right to suspend or deactivate a registered account at any time, without prior notice, in the event of irresponsible, harassing behavior, or conduct that violates common sense. Furthermore, the profile will be immediately deactivated or removed upon explicit request from Judicial Authorities or competent law enforcement agencies.
Complaints: Complaints about the service functioning must be sent electronically to maruka@radiorandom.net and will be handled promptly.
We believe that RadioRandom.Net is performing a valuable work of aggregation and unity for all peoples. We therefore ask for the full collaboration of artists and radio stations to support this shared mission.
